UPDATE: Sarah's Life RIGHT NOW!!!!

Yo yo yo, suckas! Sup? Oh, you know, not much. Just cHiLliN!!!!!!

So anyway, it is roughly six fifteen in the morning, Pacific Standard Timelolz! I've been up for about an hour or so, and the reason, you ask? I'm excited! Also, my dog was having a dream and was barking in her sleep so it woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. =/ ;)

But why am I excited?? Because today is the day I leave for camp! I feel like a little kid, but that's okay sometimes. Especially since camp is so exciting! Change of scenery, and lately, I've been in a travellin' mood. And today, I ride five hours in a car to Fresno, California. Technically Sanger, California, (30 minutes outside of Fresno!!) but wevz. Things to know about Fresno: HOT, pretty lame, I often make the joke of calling it Fres-yes, REALLY HOT. But campo is coolio! New people, new friends, old friends, little kids who think you're cool, fun stuff, and stuff! I'm only there for aobut ten days, and then I have a two week break during which I will be travelling to the fatherland: Hong Kong. Maybe I'll write about that later. Anyway, moving on.

What has been happenin' in the life of Sarah Cheung up until now:

When I first got back to the lovely state of California, I went down to Sunny San Diego to visit my sister. It was great! San Diego is a marvelous city. Very beautiful, and probably my favourite part of Southern California. People should go there!! Then...

Some of you astute readers might have gathered that I visited our own Marvin Johnson up in Portland. That was fun! We hiked shit, ate sandwiches, drank some beers, went to Seattle, hiked some other shit, and saw a lot of hipsters. It was awesome!!!

After that lovely adventure, I came back home and went to jury duty!!!! I was bummed at first because...well, it was jury duty, and you're supposed to be bummed. So I went downtown (thanks Los Angeles Metro system! You kind of suck, but were generally okay for my purposes concerning jury duty!), and had to be there at 7:45AM (LAME), and then I was pooled for a jury and then, because there was nothing inherently wrong with me (that the attourneys could tell!), I was chosen to be on the jury. On a MURDER case!!! Involving MONEY LAUNDERING of AT LEAST SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS and JAMAICAN DRUG LORDS. Exciting, no?? From the sound of it, you would think that the trial would last more than a week. But you would be wrong! The defense didn't put up a single witness, so things moved quickly. We ended up convicting the guy on a count of theft, but when it came to the murder charge, we couldn't unanimously decide, so it ended up being a hung jury. I thought the guy was guilty. He looked like a nice guy, though. Shame.

Also, I guess I never fully realised how..stupid the general public is. I met some very very dumb people at jury duty, but I won't go into it.

So that pretty much brings you up to speed on what I've been up to. When I'm not deciding the fates of men, I'm playing some guitar and napping. I eat occasionally, too. Pretty basic.

Sorry if this post was a) long b) boring or c) rambly. Deal with it, mofos!!!

Also, this is the song that's been perpetually stuck in my head for about three weeks. It's pretty good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UWRyj5cHIQA
