Selling Out: An Open Letter to the Epicenter

Dear Epicenter,

I am selling out. The epicenter has gotten to be a thriving cultural mecca of sorts. As a result, in the entrepreneurial spirit I have chosen to "Monetize" the blog using Google's AdSense. This means I will receive $ every time someone clicks on the advertisements on the side and bottom of the blog. No, I will not share the profits. I am going to be rich! I will try to remember you when I have more money than Bill Gates, Warren Buffet AND the Sultan of Brunei Combined. However, you will merely be peons, peddling pawns that I will use in my plans for global economic conquest.

It will be endlessly amusing to see how the automated bots try to determine what ads are "relevant" to the Epicenter. They are generally pretty terrible. When I was a "woman" on facebook I only got ads about weight loss and the south beach diet. When I type an email to my Japanese Sensei I get ads in Japanese I can't understand. We should format posts just to try to make the ads as interesting as possible.
